MADRID – SHOW JUMPING EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2011
What a fabulous time was had by all, 24 Show Jumping Club members attended the Championships from as far a field as America and Canada.From the moment we landed the temperatures were in the 30% c plus, a very nice change from rainy England and we all made the most of it. read more
As you will know if you attended the A.G.M. Louise Roberts, our Membership Secretary of some years, had to step down due to pressure of work. Fortunately for us Harriet Lyons, who by profession, flys helicopters and travelled with us to the Equestrian Olympics in Hong Kong last year, stepped into the breach and we would like to wish her a belated welcome.
The website will be brought up to date very shortly and we welcome any news or views that you have.
We had hoped to have a new yard visit lined up by now, but due to circumstances beyond our control this was not to be., but as this site is now very user friendly, we would like you to send us your ideas, where you would like to visit, what you would like to watch. We will of course be at the Europeans Championships – Windsor in August and will be posting results on the website as they happen.
